Filmmaker Karan Johar's the micro-blogging site recently shared the release date for his next car, the remake of 'Agneepath' starAmitabh Bachchan.
The remake, which stars Hrithik Roshan and Sanjay Dutt in leadwill be released on January 13, 2012, according to Karan.Yesterday manufacturer also released Hrithik appearance in the film.
The new "Agneepath" will be directed by Karan Malhotra, who previously had been assistant Johar.
The film would be released much sooner, but Johar thought itwould be better to procrastinate than the current productdissatisfied. He said when the team struggled timelines and hecticschedules, he decided to postpone the film and that he did not want to stress the director.
"I do not want to spoil anything for Karan and his crew by telling them at a quick glance. I've seen parts of the film and what I sawblew my mind. That is why I cherish the dream go and give it deserves. I think something happens in the end almost as waste.Agneepath is very special for us, "said KJ to sources.
In the remake Sanjay Dons role as villain Kancha Cheena, whowas played by Danny Denzongapa in the original, while RishiKappoor will appear in a negative character, as well. PriyankaChopra was the leading lady and said to his role as powerful asHrithik have.
